Candola Art Business Return Policy

At Candola Art, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our unique candle artworks. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. For those instances, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Period
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your candle.

Condition of Returned Item
- To be eligible for a return, the candle must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of candles that have been damaged, altered, or used.

Damaged Items
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged candle, we require a photo of the damaged item. This photo should be sent to us as soon as you discover the damage.
- Please email the photo to our support team along with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. This will help us to process your return more efficiently and improve our packaging in the future.

Initiating a Return
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and information about the return shipping process.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our customer support.

Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
